A lot of payments came to us without any specific details and that will cause payment confirmation delay.

Dear Valued customers, we would like to emphasize our changes in shipment collection process in lagos ( Ontisha and Kano not start yet ):
1. Shipment arrival notice; when your aircargo goods entered lagos warehouse, they will be uploaded to the system and thus you will be send below shipment arrival notification (see below example) on whatsapp (always registered number). Once you got that notice, pls check the shipment bill directly from the link and pay accordingly. Lagos warehouse will soon stop sending the direct message by personally.
2. Online payment confirmation: Once you got your shipment arrival notice and you paid, pls upload your payment proof to your user page for online confirmation first. Here are some details required for the fast payment confirmation:
a> Pls put your shipment tracking number (SJxxxxx) in your payment narriation or description always when you do the payment for each shipment
b> Pls always put the real payer name (bank account name ) as the " remitter name" when you upload your payment proof online.
PS: Lagos sea shipment will be send direct message by warehouse for now till Aug.

Dears, Shipments have been cleared from yesterday and they have been moved to lagos warehouse gradually. We have made some changes in the payment confirmation process so that to easy warehouse pickup process in lagos as below : Once you got pickup message from lagos warehouse, pls check the payment and pay accordingly, then pls upload your payment proof to your user center with sepecific cart" pending payment" (pls match your payment with the shipment number SJxxxx... always) so that we can confirm them from the system. Once your payment confirmed, you will get our confirmation notice by whatsapp. If you seen your payment been confirmed, then pls come warehouse to pick your goods. If your payment not confirmed, pls don't go there to waist your time.
One more thing need your attention: Our online bill under testing and adjustment for now before offical using, pls take our shipment receipt and lagos pickup message as final for now . Soon we will notice you when we start the online bill part,thanks for your understanding !
